Refund policy

Because our drinks are consumable, we don't accept traditional returns. But if anything's wrong with your order, it's NoBiggie. Email us at hi@nobiggieplease.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Damages + Order Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If something’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at hi@nobiggieplease.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Because NoBiggie is a consumable product, we can’t accept returns on opened drinks or used items. We also can’t accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

Exchanges
We don’t offer traditional exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement or refund.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it’ll be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process it.
